The main house offers three generous bedrooms, all with automatic blinds and ample storage, accompanied by three contemporary ensuite bathrooms. Sit and enjoy the outdoors from the north, south and west-facing seating areas, including a large fire pit area off the main house with seating for 10-12 people, landscaped with natives and enjoying ocean views.



For the true golf enthusiast, the lower level features a full golf simulator room complete with a projector screen and hitting bay, opening onto a large bar with stool seating — great for family fun or perfecting your game. Additionally, the lower level includes a laundry and bathroom.



Perfect for extended family or guests, the separate guest bungalow offers two spacious bedrooms each with its own ensuite, along with a generous open plan living and dining space with kitchenette. Comfortable sofas, a gas fireplace, a flat screen TV and Sonos sound system create a relaxed space to unwind, while a ping-pong table provides plenty of entertainment for rainy days.



Step outside onto an expansive timber deck bathed in sunlight, complete with an outdoor fireplace, ceramic barbecue/oven, and substantial lounge and dining seating overlooking a manicured lawn. Beyond, guests will find a full-size acrylic tennis court with a basketball hoop.
