The spacious, tiled living area features a three-seater sofa, a two-seater sofa, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, a radio, and a dining table for four. Expansive windows frame the surrounding coastal sights, while direct access leads onto a sunny front terrace outfitted with a garden table and chairs.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for home cooking, including an oven, fridge-freezer, Senseo machine, drip coffee maker, juicer, toaster, kettle, and mixer. Two cozy bedrooms offer peaceful sleeping quarters: one with a double bed (140x200), wardrobe, and nightstand, and a second with two single beds (90x200) and storage. The main bathroom includes a bathtub with an overhead shower and a washbasin, alongside a separate hall toilet.

Everyday amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a secure bicycle storage area, an iron with an ironing board, a vacuum cleaner, a drying rack, and elevator access.
