This warm, thoughtfully updated log-cabin-style home combines classic Vermont mountain character with a polished modern alpine chalet feel. Spend your days skiing Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, hiking, swimming at Warren Falls, exploring Waitsfield and Warren, or simply enjoying the mountains—and come home to sweeping 180° Green Mountain views and your own private 6-person hot tub.
The front deck is one of our favorite places at the Haus. Pour your morning coffee and watch the mountains wake up, relax in an Adirondack chair after a day outdoors, or settle in for one of the spectacular sunsets that stretch across the valley.
Inside, warm woods, soft neutral textiles, alpine-inspired artwork and thoughtfully selected furnishings create a cozy but elevated mountain atmosphere. Gather in the spacious living room for après-ski drinks, movie nights and evenings by the fireplace, or cook together in the renovated kitchen with generous counter space and an open connection to the dining and living areas.
After a day on the mountain, head to the private Hot Spring® spa, tucked into the peaceful wooded setting. There’s nothing quite like soaking in warm water while snow falls around you—or relaxing beneath a clear Vermont sky after a summer hike.
Skiers and outdoor adventurers will especially appreciate the dedicated mudroom, with plenty of room to organize skis, boards, boots, helmets and outdoor gear.
