About this apartment rental
Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Chamrousse, within walking distance of the ski resort and featuring a swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It measures 37 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Located on level -1 of the residential block, it comprises a 17 m² living room, a fitted open-plan kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!
The property is laid out as follows:
– A 17 m² living room with a sofa bed (140x190), a TV, a dining area and a fitted kitchen including: an electric kettle, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a dishwasher, hobs…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×200) and a wardrobe.
– A sleeping area in the hallway with a bunk bed (sleeps 2) and a wardrobe.
– A bathroom with a bath.
– A separate toilet.
Outside:
– A 15 m² south-facing terrace with furniture provided so you can make the most of sunny days.
A wellness area shared with the whole residence:
• 1 heated outdoor swimming pool (when the outside temperature is below 20°C)
• 1 hot tub
• 1 to 2 saunas (depending on usage)
• 1 fitness room
The leisure area is open 7 days a week during the winter season (from 5 December to 11 April, 3.30 pm to 7.30 pm, 7 days a week), and during the summer season (July–August)

The flat is ideally situated in Chamrousse, in a quiet, family-friendly neighbourhood. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat’s private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
– Free shuttle buses run from right outside the accommodation to get around the resort.
– Grenoble railway station is 38 km away.
