There is a bathroom on each floor, ensuring a comfortable stay even for multiple guests. For time spent together, there’s a cozy dining area with a large table—perfect for social evenings, games, or a glass of wine in a relaxed setting. The kitchen is compact and fully equipped: an oven, refrigerator, four stovetop burners, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker are all on hand, so you can start your day with freshly brewed coffee. A special highlight is the wraparound balcony with a large terrace totaling 45 square meters. Here you’ll enjoy plenty of outdoor space—whether having breakfast in the morning sun, grilling in the evening, or taking in the view of the greenery. The central location in Spa Zone 1 allows you to easily reach the city center, cafés, restaurants, and the Royal Spa Gardens on foot. The Rupertustherme is also just a few minutes’ walk away and offers relaxation after an outing or a stroll. For flexible accommodations, an additional sleeping area is available in the dining area, so that a fifth person can also be comfortably accommodated.
