We created Parkside Veranda to be a comfortable, welcoming space where you can slow down, relax, and stay close to everything Xanthi has to offer.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, right next to one of Xanthi's largest parks, making it a great spot for a morning walk, a bit of exercise, or simply enjoying some fresh air.
Just 700 meters from the apartment is Xanthi's central square, where you'll have easy access to a wide variety of cafés, restaurants, local shops, and everything you might need, whether you're here for work, a weekend getaway, or a longer stay.
Inside, you'll find a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a bright living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious balcony where you can start your day with a coffee or unwind after exploring the city.
We've equipped the apartment with everything we believe makes a stay comfortable, including 300 Mbps fiber-optic internet, a Smart TV, air conditioning, and practical extras like a hairdryer, a washing machine, and ironing essentials.
