The ground floor features large glass doors that connect the terrace to a spacious open-plan interior with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for eight, and a stylish living room with LCD TV and designer furniture. Neutral tones and minimalist architecture enhance the sense of modern luxury. This level also includes a bedroom with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, safe, LCD TV, and direct terrace access.
The first floor hosts two additional bedrooms, each furnished with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, LCD TV, and safe. Both rooms can accommodate an extra bed for children, making the layout suitable for families.
The basement is dedicated to wellness and leisure, offering a sauna, hot tub, gym, and a wine cellar where guests can enjoy complimentary local wines. A garage with e-bikes, an electric vehicle power station, and a van are available depending on the reservation arrangement.
