Guest access
You’ll have complete private access to the entire guest house, private driveway and parking areas, two outdoor patio areas - one with incredible views and one with a fire pit and BBQ, and private grassy side yard. You’ll also have shared access to the 2.5 acre pasture that is home to a nature trail, small garden, our barn and chickens and 2 bunnies. Near the barn you’ll find a shared fire pit area with chairs that is perfect for sunsets, stargazing and s’mores. This area has the best views on the property so feel free to take dinner over there, a glass of wine at sunset or just sit and enjoy the peaceful side of the Smokies. There may be firewood by the fire pit but if you need more, Food City is just a 5 minute drive. Feel free to explore the pasture and garden, however please do not enter barn or animal enclosures without permission.

Farm Experience
This property is a small working farm and home to friendly chickens, a barn cat, and a small seasonal garden that produces fresh fruits and vegetables. During your stay, you may occasionally see people working around the barn and property.

Important Things to Know
There is a family that lives in a separate home on the property, however your guest house and patio are completely private during your stay.

Because we are located near the airport, guests may hear occasional commercial and military aircraft. Many guests enjoy watching the planes pass overhead, but we provide complimentary earplugs and a sound machine for light sleepers.

There is a shared firepit area near the barn that hosts the best views on the entire property.

As with any rural farm property, wildlife and insects are common in the area. We use professional pest control services and work diligently to keep the guest house comfortable and pest-free. During spring and summer, you'll often enjoy the magical sight of fireflies lighting up the property at night.

Please note: The bathroom is accessible only through the master bedroom.
