To book a stay at our home, the primary guest must be at least 21 years of age. A valid government-issued ID may be required for age verification. We welcome responsible adults and appreciate your understanding as we maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all our guests.
HOUSE RULES
There is no smoking of any kind inside the house and on the decks/patios. Any violation of this policy requires guest to pay a $750 Ozone Fee per occurrence.
If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100 per 25 minute increment past 10:00am.
Treat our house like your own. You will be charged for any broken or misplaced items.

Need a little extra flexibility with your travel plans? We may be able to accommodate early check in or late check out requests, subject to availability and our cleaning schedule.
• Early Check In: Available starting from 2:00 PM at $50 per hour, subject to availability. Please reach out before making plans so we can confirm availability in advance.
• Late Check Out: Available until 12:00 Noon at $50 per hour, subject to availability and upcoming reservations.
To ensure we can properly prepare the home for every guest, all early check in and late check out requests must be approved by the host in advance. Thank you for understanding, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate whenever possible.
