Enjoy a private, well-laid-out apartment in Canton with an enclosed patio garden and space for up to six guests. The flat is arranged over two levels: the two bedrooms, full bathroom and garden are on the ground floor, while stairs lead to the bright first-floor living and dining area. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the second has two standard double beds. The open-plan lounge has charcoal sofas and a flat-screen TV. The equipped kitchen includes an oven, fridge, freezer, air fryer, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is on Cowbridge Road East, a lively main road; guests have described the bedrooms as peaceful. Cafés, pubs, shops and Chapter Arts Centre are nearby, and frequent buses reach central Cardiff in under 10 minutes. Free residential street parking may be available nearby, but spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. We share a parking guide before arrival. Smoke, noise and humidity detectors are installed. Before arrival, the lead booker must be 18 or older, complete identity verification, sign the guest rental agreement, and select the required security-deposit or waiver option in the online portal. Check-in instructions and the access code are sent by 1:00 pm on arrival day after these steps are complete. Guests have private use of the apartment and garden, with no shared indoor spaces. Suitable for families, work trips and longer stays.

By confirming your booking, you agree to the following terms. These rules help us keep the property safe and maintain a great relationship with our neighbors.

1. Occupancy & Visitors

Registered Guests Only: Only guests named on the booking may stay overnight.

Visitors: Daytime visitors must be approved in advance. You are responsible for the conduct of all guests and visitors at all times.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Timings: Please respect the check-in and check-out windows in your confirmation.

Early/Late Requests: Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and must be agreed upon in writing at a rate of £20 per hour.

Unauthorized Late Stays: Staying past the agreed checkout time without prior approval may result in additional charges to cover the cost of rescheduling our cleaning team.

3. No Parties or Events

Policy: Disruptive gatherings, parties, and events are strictly prohibited in line with Airbnb`s global policy.

Consequences: Any breach will result in immediate termination of your stay without a refund and potential charges of up to £750 for damages or community disturbance.

4. No Smoking, Vaping, or Pets

Smoke-Free: This is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property.

Pet Policy: No pets are allowed unless agreed upon in writing before your arrival.

5. Quiet Hours & Community

Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Be Neighborly: This is a residential building; please respect our neighbors in the other flats.

6. Cleanliness & Care

Standard: Please leave the property in a tidy condition. While we don`t expect a deep clean, excessive mess or stains requiring specialized cleaning will incur additional fees.

Rubbish: Place all rubbish in the designated bins. Do not leave bags in the hallways or outside the main entrance.

7. Safety & Security

Lock Up: Please ensure all doors and windows are securely locked whenever you leave the property.

Damage Reporting: Please report any accidental damage or breakages immediately so we can fix them for the next guest.
