The Space:

The Cozy Waterview Cottage is a beautiful family home designed for easy time together and reconnection. The living room centers around a comfortable sectional and decorative fireplace, flowing naturally into the dining area and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. A separate sunroom provides another place to relax with beautiful views across the water, while three bedrooms give everyone privacy and space to recharge.



Outside, the lakefront setting becomes an extension of the home. The patio features outdoor dining and a grill overlooking the water and fountain, with an open lawn extending toward the shoreline. A sheltered front porch provides another cozy place to sit outdoors, giving guests several ways to enjoy the peaceful setting throughout their stay.

Outdoor spaces include the patio, backyard, front porch, outdoor dining area, and grill. Private garage and driveway parking are available, with additional free street parking.

Getting Around:

A vehicle is useful for exploring the surrounding Indianapolis area. Uber and other rideshare services are also available throughout the area.

This is a welcoming lakeside family home, and we invite guests to enjoy the spaces and amenities while treating the property and surrounding grounds with care and respect.
