A refuge 30 meters from the sea. Our holiday home is air-conditioned and lovingly renovated in 2026. A private swimming pool of 10 x 3 meters, a beach with private pitches, golden sunsets.
Here, we live outside. We laugh, we share, we slow down. We taste Saly, its light, its softness, its addresses with our feet in the sand. We have 3 bedrooms with bathrooms, an equipped kitchen and a warm and incredibly bright living room overlooking the swimming pool. You can enjoy the comfort of high-speed WI-FI, a satellite TV room, our covered terrace and our garden.
Villa Morgon is a parenthesis, it is located in the PALMERAIE residence, secure with a beautiful garden with swimming pool. A house that welcomes, that soothes, that brings people together. Electricity not included. Cleaning 5 times a week: 30,000 FCFA per week.
Close to the ROYAM HOTEL, the villa is located next to all amenities and water activities. Saly golf course at 3 KM, Dakar Blaise Diagne airport at 35 KM, about 45 minutes, BANDIA Reserve at 16 KM, Somone Lagoon at 13 KM.
