The villa spans three floors connected by internal stairs, with a total indoor living area of 310 m². The outdoor area features a heated infinity swimming pool of 32 m², a sun terrace with loungers, an outdoor fireplace, a dining area, a lounge area, a landscaped lawn, and a children’s playground.
From the pool terrace, guests enter directly into the first floor, which consists of an open-plan fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living room with views of the sea and surrounding islands. The ground floor includes two modern bedrooms with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, both with access to the garden. One of these bedrooms also includes a sofa bed suitable for one additional person. On the same level, there is a small gym with sea views, a sauna, and a guest toilet.
The second floor houses the remaining two bedrooms, both with king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms. One of these bedrooms features a bathtub positioned next to the bed. Both bedrooms open directly onto an upper terrace furnished with deckchairs, an outdoor lounge area, and a jacuzzi.
