Welcome to Waverunner, a 3 bed/ 3.5 bath modern condo designed with comfort, convenience, and coastal relaxation in mind. With an open inviting living space, comfortable bedrooms, and a rooftop deck with panoramic views, there’s plenty of room to settle in and enjoy your vacations. The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals easy, with barstool seating at the kitchen island for casual breakfasts or conversations while cooking. The cozy living room is perfect for movie nights or relaxing with a good book. Step outside to the deck for outdoor dining and fresh ocean air, and take the elevator to any level of the condo.
The condo features a spacious king bedroom with a private full ensuite bath. The den will include a queen futon soon, offering additional sleeping space. You’ll also find two comfortable queen bedrooms. One has a private full ensuite bath, while the second queen bedroom has access to the full hall bath. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is also located on this level.
Outside, the rooftop deck is the perfect place to take in panoramic views of the ocean. Enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise, sip a drink as the sun sets, or simply soak up the sunshine. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay. Linens and towels are provided at no additional charge.
