About this apartment rental
Welcome to our Kas Raisa. A comfortable and family-friendly apartment in a central location on Curaçao. A great base for exploring the island and relaxing.
The apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. Upstairs, you’ll find a full bathroom with a shower and toilet, and downstairs there is a separate toilet.
The comfortable living room and fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for a relaxing stay, including a dishwasher. The first floor is also equipped with air conditioning. For families with a young child, one travel crib with a mattress and one high chair are available.
Outside, you can cool off in the communal pool. The apartment is also very centrally located: about 6 minutes from Mambo Beach, 13 minutes from Jan Thiel, and 7 minutes from Willemstad
Kas Raisa has been carefully furnished to make you feel right at home, with all the amenities you’d expect from a modern stay.
During your stay, Kas Raisa is entirely your own space. You’ll have access to the entire apartment and can enjoy the shared pool to relax. There’s also a shared washing machine available if you’d like to do some laundry during your stay. There’s one parking space available at the apartment for your car.
How does check-in work?
We don’t live on Curaçao ourselves, but our local manager is there for you and will handle check-in. During your stay, we’re always available via the app for any questions, tips, or if there’s anything we can help with. Please don’t hesitate to contact us—we want you to have a wonderful and carefree stay at Kas Raisa!

Our property is located in an apartment complex. To ensure everyone’s stay is as pleasant as possible, there are a few house rules for Kas Raisa:
• Quiet hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please also be considerate of other residents and guests of the complex during the day.
• No parties or events: parties, events, and activities that may cause a disturbance are not permitted.
• Smoking: smoking is not permitted in the apartment.
• Swimming pool: The shared swimming pool is open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult. Diving and running are not permitted, and swim diapers are required for infants.
• No glass by the pool: Glasses and other glass objects are not permitted in or around the pool.
• The washing machine is shared with the other residents and guests of the small-scale complex.
• Visitors: Visitors may only use the pool when accompanied by the renter. A maximum of 4 visitors per apartment.
• Parking: a maximum of one car in the designated parking space. Visitors must park outside the resort. A speed limit of 5 km/h applies on the premises.
• Barbecue: Barbecuing and cooking in the common areas and gardens are not permitted.
• Occupancy: A maximum of 4 guests as per the reservation. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted. In addition to the 4 guests, we also have a camp bed available for a small guest weighing less than 15 kg.
• Water & Electricity: Water and electricity are NOT included in the room rate and will be billed based on actual usage. Meter readings will be taken upon arrival and departure. Rates are calculated based on the daily rate during your stay.
• A fresh and clean stay, even if you stay a little longer: Are you staying at Kas Raisa for more than 10 days? Then we’ll schedule an interim cleaning during your stay. For longer stays, we’ll repeat this every 14 days. This way, you can enjoy a fresh and well-maintained apartment throughout your entire stay. The cost is €60 per cleaning, and we’ll be happy to schedule the time in consultation with you.
• Respect for the property: please treat the apartment, its furnishings, and the common areas with care, and report any damage or issues as soon as possible.

We didn’t use the pool but did use the pool area to relax after a day at one of the beaches. It was nice to lounge by the pool in the cool of the evening. It is a good location and close to downtown Willemstad, about a 6-10 minute drive depending on traffic. Easy access to the main roads. Easy access to some good restaurants. The property was clean and our host looked after by ensuring that everything was to our satisfaction. One issue was an oversight by the host regarding power and water as it didn’t mention that was a separate fee when I booked my on VRBO. She clarified immediately when I did book. We would recommend.

This was one of the greatest spots I have ever been too. Judith the host was fantastic and took care of us the whole time. Great villa, amazing galley, the swimming pool was amazing and we could not have enjoyed more. I will be back soon with my family
