About this house rental
Our home was designed for families. There are three levels of living space for comfort and entertainment. The outdoor space is mostly wooded without a neighbor in sight. From the fire pit, lower patio, and screened in porch, if you love the outdoors this property is the perfect escape.
The main floor is open concept with a spacious living room featuring a gas fireplace and large windows, a full kitchen, and a large dinning table to seat the whole family. There are double doors to access a huge screened-in porch from the living room and master bedroom. The master bedroom is on this floor and includes a Queen Bed, Full Bath, and an office space. The half-bath is located off the foyer.
The second floor has a center living area with a television and a couch that converts to a bed. There are three bedrooms on this floor, each with a Queen sized bed, Dresser, and Closet. All the windows have blinds for privacy and those who like to sleep in after the sun comes up. There is a Full Bath on this level that includes a shower/tub and double sinks.
The basement is a large game room that can be used as additional sleeping space because it has bunk beds, a futon, full bath, and walk out access to the patio. A Washer and Dryer are also located in this space.
The propane BBQ Grill is located on the lower patio adjacent to the fire pit.
Our favorite feature is the screened-in porch. It is roughly 700 square feet and features a swinging bed, dining table, and sitting area.
To make your stay as comfortable as possible, we maintain an extremely clean space with extra blankets, throw pillows, a towel per guest, and extra sheets are available if they are needed during your stay.
Internet is 2 Gig Fiber with an easy wireless connection provided by scanning a QR code located in the house manual.
