The Lippetal vacation home is a family-friendly semi-detached house in Carolinensiel, offering plenty of space—about 80 m²—for a relaxing vacation with family or friends. Up to 6 people will find plenty of space here to spend time together while still having plenty of privacy.
On the first floor, you’ll find a cozy living and dining area with a corner sofa, satellite TV, and a stereo system. The open kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and is equipped with, among other things, a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. From here, you have direct access to the patio and the garden, where you can relax and wind down your day outdoors.
Also on the first floor is one of the two bathrooms, featuring a shower, toilet, and washing machine. Upstairs, there are three separate bedrooms. Two of the rooms each feature a 1.60 m wide French double bed, one of which also has a built-in crib. The third bedroom has two single beds. A second bathroom with a shower and toilet provides additional comfort, especially for guests traveling in groups. The vacation home is also well-equipped for practical needs: Wi-Fi is available, as are an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and vacuum cleaner. Two private parking spaces are located directly on the property. Bicycles can be stored securely in the lockable bike storage room. A high chair and a crib are also available.
