Summary:
Stylish, modern London house on a quiet residential street with/ parking & fast access to the city center. Our house has a spacious living room, 2.5 bathrooms & nice garden.
It is perfectly located 5 mins walk to Maryland St. (Elizabeth Line), and 15 mins Stratford St.(Central, Jubilee, Overground, DLR). St. Pancras 25 min, Heathrow 50 min, Oxford Street 35 min
The Space:
Lovely, newly renovated 120 sq m Victorian house with classic-style furniture and many modern details. Our brightly lit 3-bedroom house provides an excellent home base for a pleasantly memorable stay in London. It is situated on a very quiet street in a friendly neighbourhood.
Bedrooms
The 3-bedroom house is a generous size and features comfortable super king-size beds, which can also be arranged as two single beds if needed. We have a convenient zip-and-link bed setup, so you can choose between a spacious super king bed or two singles.
Two of the bedrooms and the living room benefit from beautiful morning sunlight, while another bedroom and the kitchen enjoy lovely afternoon sun. All bedrooms have darkening curtains to help ensure a restful night's sleep.
Living room and dining area
In the beautifully laid-out living and dining area, you will find a 55-inch TV with Netflix, a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a 4th bed, and a designer wooden dining table that seats 8 people.
The living room is a great place to relax and enjoy yourself, with books and board games available for your free time.
Kitchen
The kitchen is located on your left when you enter the house and includes an additional table and 2 chairs, perfect if you would like to enjoy an early coffee without waking anyone.
The kitchen provides a home-like experience and is well equipped with spices, oil, toaster, kettle, French press and Nespresso coffee machine.
Bathrooms
The house has a bathroom on each floor. The middle floor has a spacious walk-in shower, while the top floor has a large bathroom with a bathtub. All bathrooms have large shower heads.
The ground-floor bathroom has a toilet and small sink.
Garden
The house also has a spacious, sun-soaked garden, which is a lovely place to enjoy the sunshine, fresh air and the scent of lavender.
Cot
We have a foldable cot with a thin mattress (100 × 74 × 74 cm) with mesh sides, suitable from birth to 36 months. Please request it in advance and we will have it ready for you. No bedding is provided.
Parking
Free parking is available on weekends and between 8:30pm and 8am.
Great location close to the city centre and airports, making this house a comfortable base for exploring London.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to entire house apart from one of the two top rooms which has no window and cannot be used as a bedroom. The room is used by the management company to store replenishments and it will be locked at all times
Other Things to Note:
Stays longer than 12 days need to purchase additional cleaning (mid-stay cleaning).
Last-minute booking - check-in at 5pm (availability might vary and the house might be ready at 3pm already).
We are happy to provide airport pick-up and drop-off for an additional price.
No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.
No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience, so we are very careful and want to know people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house).
No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.
No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbours during these times.
Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.
Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.
Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.
Early check-in at 12:00, extra £30. Late check-out at 12:00, extra £30.
We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
