Then come home to your own Peaky-inspired Birmingham base.

We want you to relax and enjoy the apartment, but please respect our home, our neighbours and the wider Sapphire Court community.
Maximum occupancy: 4 guests. Only guests included on the booking may stay overnight.
No parties or events are permitted in the apartment or on the terrace.
Quiet hours are 10pm–7am. Please keep noise, music and conversations at a considerate level, particularly on the terrace and in communal areas.
No smoking inside the apartment or on the private terrace. Vaping is allowed on the Terrace. Please use the permitted communal/outside areas away from building entrances and dispose of cigarette ends responsibly.
No pets are permitted.
Please do not tamper with, cover, disconnect or remove any smoke alarms, fire-safety equipment or other safety devices.
Please respect the building`s communal areas and do not leave rubbish, personal belongings or other items in corridors or escape routes.
Please report any damage, breakages or maintenance issues as soon as possible so we have an opportunity to help.
Please take reasonable care of furnishings, linen, towels and the Peaky-inspired props, artwork and mystery-game materials.
Check-out is by 10am unless a late check-out has been agreed in advance.
Keys must be returned to Drop n Shop, 162 Alcester Street, Birmingham B12 0PY, using the return code in your Guest Portal. Do not leave the keys inside the apartment.
Please ensure windows and terrace doors are closed and the apartment is secure whenever you leave.
Most importantly, enjoy your stay — have fun exploring Digbeth, but please leave the apartment as you`d hope to find it.
