The ground floor combines elegance and functionality with a living room furnished in a refined mix of dark and light tones, complete with SAT TV and a fireplace. Adjacent is a dining area with seating for ten and a fully equipped SieMatic kitchen featuring high-end appliances and a stylish island with bar stools. This level also includes a bedroom with a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom designed for guests with disabilities, offering direct access to the terrace and pool. A guest toilet, dressing room, and laundry room with an additional shower are also located on this floor.
An internal staircase with a glass railing leads to the first floor, where four thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide comfort and privacy.
