The Space:
Timberline House is a secluded modern mountain chalet tucked into the woods just five miles from both Hunter Mountain and Windham Mountain. This getaway is built for ski season and every season after it.
Enter on the main level, where all three bedrooms are tucked away for privacy and quiet. Two of the bedrooms feature king beds, and the third offers a queen, so there's a comfortable fit for couples, a family, or a group of friends meeting up for the weekend. One of the king rooms and the queen room both open directly onto the main level deck, a nice spot for morning coffee with a view. A full bathroom on this level keeps mornings easy.
Head upstairs where the living room, dining room, and kitchen open into one another beneath sweeping mountain and lake views. A second full bathroom sits on this level too. Step out onto the deck off the dining room, where a grill and seating make it easy to cook dinner while the light shifts over the ridgeline.
Downstairs, the lower level is built for game nights and rainy afternoons, with a foosball table, an electronic arcade game featuring lots of classic games, darts, laundry, and a third full bathroom. The patio just off this room has a fire pit, and just beyond it, a hot tub waits under the stars. From here, stairs wind down to a lakeside seating area, a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine by the water, the perfect spot to sit and take in the view.
