Tauranga city centre is around 20 minutes away, and the golden sands of Mount Maunganui are just 25 minutes down the road — close enough to enjoy, far enough to truly unwind.
Inside, the cottage is warm, cosy, and thoughtfully prepared — a comfortable retreat that feels easy from the moment you arrive. Modern finishes, good natural light, and a relaxed layout make it a lovely place to slow down and settle in.
The cottage sleeps two guests, with one queen bedroom. A BBQ and outdoor seating are set up for you to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and parking for two vehicles is available at the front of the property.
Just minutes away, Te Puna Quarry Park offers beautiful gardens and scenic walking tracks — a wonderful start to any morning. Minden Lookout, one of the finest viewpoints in the Bay of Plenty, is a ten-minute drive away, and the beaches and eateries of Omokoroa are a comfortable fifteen-minute trip. The nearest grocery store — Te Puna Four Square — is conveniently close for stocking up on arrival.

Parking: Parking for two vehicles is available at the front of the garage (to the right as you enter the driveway). Please note the parking area is on a slope. This is a shared driveway — the owners live on the property, so please be respectful when arriving and departing.
Pets: Sorry, no pets permitted at this property.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company and as such provide professionally laundered linen and towels.
Cleaning: Exit clean is included in the nightly rate. Please leave the property tidy, with dishes clean and all food removed. Rubbish must be neatly bagged. Additional cleaning charges may apply if these standards are not met.
Parties/events/noise: No parties or events. Please keep noise to a minimum after 9pm out of respect for the owners and surroundings.
Smoking/vaping: No smoking or vaping inside the property.
Safety/feature disclosures: This property has a septic tank — please flush only toilet paper. Do not flush wipes, sanitary products, or any other items.
Payment note: Credit card payments are subject to a surcharge.
