Escape to The Southern Junction, a newly remodeled private retreat in Cave City, Kentucky, where comfort, convenience, and a peaceful country setting come together. Located just minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park, our home is the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring everything the area has to offer.
With 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a pull-out sofa, The Southern Junction comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. Whether you're planning a family vacation, a weekend getaway with friends, or a trip to explore Mammoth Cave, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and feel at home.
The home features one king bedroom and two queen bedrooms, and each bedroom has its own TV, Serta foam mattress topper, Columbia cooling pillows, bedside fans, and ceiling fans for added comfort.
Gather in the spacious living room for movie night on the 65-inch Smart TV, challenge each other to a game on the arcade machine, or simple settle in and enjoy a relaxing evening together. Wi-Fi is available throughout the home.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to enjoy meals at home. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for four at the bar--giving everyone plenty of room to gather for breakfast before heading out for the day or dinner after your adventures.
Both full bathrooms feature Bluetooth speakers, adding a little extra enjoyment while you get ready for the day. For added convenience, the home also includes a separate utility room with a full-size washer and dryer available for guest use.
One of our favorite things about The Southern Junction is the quiet, private setting. Step outside onto the deck, enjoy dinner from the gas grill, and slow down long enough to take in one of our beautiful Kentucky sunsets.
When you're ready to explore, you'll be conveniently located near Mammoth Cave National Park, Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo, Park Mammoth Golf Club, Barren River Lake, and the National Corvette Museum.
Come explore the caves, enjoy the attractions, and then return to a comfortable place that feels like home.
