Villa Meerum 1 sleeps 6 in 3 en-suite bedrooms on a single level, with an indoor hydromassage bathtub in the master suite and sea views from the living area. Guests also have a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas, an outdoor cinema, complimentary bicycles, a free private parking space and reception every afternoon.

The beach in front of the villa is known for clear water and calm swimming conditions. You can go from your terrace and pool straight to the sea.
Private seawater infinity pool and outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi)
The infinity pool and the outdoor hot tub are private to your villa, and the infinity edge looks out towards the sea. Pool heating available on request – please let us know before arrival. Inside, the master suite has an indoor hydromassage bathtub.
One level, private parking and extra facilities
The villa is on a single level, with a free private parking space at least 3.35 m wide and a well-lit path to the entrance. Guests also have a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas, and can enjoy an outdoor cinema and complimentary bicycles.
The space
About 100 m² on one level, with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom is en-suite, with a Smart TV, built-in wardrobes and direct access to the outdoor areas.

The open-plan living area has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and microwave, a dining area and a lounge with a large Smart TV, a JBL sound system, Wi-Fi and floor-to-ceiling windows with sea views. Outdoors there is a BBQ area, outdoor dining and lounge areas, sunloungers and landscaped Mediterranean gardens.
Practical points
The villa has air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, hair dryer, iron, safe, room-darkening shades and a laptop-friendly workspace. Linens, towels and bathroom amenities are provided, with a welcome basket of local products. A photovoltaic energy system supports the villa`s operation. On request, our team can arrange grocery pre-stocking, a private chef, airport transfers, excursions and massage treatments.
The whole villa is yours: all indoor rooms, the private seawater infinity pool, the private outdoor hot tub (jacuzzi), the BBQ and outdoor dining areas, the outdoor cinema, the gardens and the complimentary bicycles. The beach is reached directly from the property. You can also use a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas.
Parking and arrival
A free private parking space at least 3.35 m wide is available, and there is also a clearly marked public parking space for guests with disabilities. The path from the parking area to the entrance is well lit at night. Keys are handed over in person by our guest assistant or at the Thalasses Villas reception.
A dedicated guest assistant looks after you before and during your stay and is your single point of contact for questions, requests and local tips. You can message us through the platform at any stage, and our reception service is available every afternoon if you would like to talk in person. We respect your privacy at the villa and are glad to help whenever you need us.
Villa Meerum 1 is on the beachfront at Pigianos Kampos, in the Rethymno area of Crete, within the Thalasses Villas estate. If you arrive by car, you park in the villa`s own space and a well-lit path takes you to the entrance. From the villa and its pool, the beach is reached directly. The water in front of the villa is clear and calm for swimming, and you have sunrise and sunset views. We are happy to recommend local restaurants and places to visit.
Distances that matter: Heraklion airport is approx. 70 km by road and Chania airport approx. 80 km.
Arriving by car, you have a free private parking space at the villa, at least 3.35 m wide. Approximate road distances: Heraklion airport approx. 70 km, Chania airport approx. 80 km, Heraklion port approx. 70 km and Chania port (Souda) approx. 65 km.
Transfers and island tours can be arranged on request. Complimentary bicycles are available for short trips along the coast.
Good to know before you book:
• Check-in is from 16:00 to 23:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Keys are handed over in person by our guest assistant or at the reception, so please let us know your arrival time in advance.
• Maximum 6 guests; unregistered guests and visitors are not permitted. A valid ID or passport is required for every guest at check-in.
• Quiet hours are 14:00–18:00 and 23:00–08:00.
• All pools use seawater, including a 35 m seawater lap pool shared only by guests of the Meerum villas. Children must be supervised at the pool at all times, and no glass is allowed by the pool.
• No smoking inside the villa. Pets are not allowed.
• Weddings, celebrations and other events are possible only by prior written agreement with the host.
• Climate Resilience Tax, where applicable under Greek law, is payable on arrival.
