Welcome to Seaside Paradise, our beautiful 19th-floor vacation condo at Laketown Wharf, 9860 S. Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, Florida!
Come enjoy the sugar-white beaches, emerald-green Gulf waters, incredible sunsets, and everything Panama City Beach has to offer. Our condo is designed to be the perfect home base for families and friends who want to relax, enjoy the beach, and make great vacation memories. THE CONDO
Our spacious condo sleeps up to 8 guests and features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Sleeping arrangements:
• Primary bedroom: King bed with TV
• Second bedroom: King bed with TV
• Third bedroom: Two bunk beds
• Living room: Queen pull-out sofa sleeper
The condo also features a comfortable living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining space, Wi-Fi, and a private balcony where you can relax with your morning coffee or enjoy the beautiful Florida evening.
Located on the 19th floor, you’ll enjoy being high above the resort and taking in the beautiful surroundings.

The beautiful Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach’s famous white-sand beaches are just across from the resort. Spend your day swimming, relaxing in the sand, looking for shells, paddleboarding, fishing, or simply soaking up the Florida sunshine.
Then head back to Laketown Wharf and enjoy one of the pools, relax in the hot tub, or take a walk around the lake.
PARKING
Convenient free parking on the premises is available for guests.
Please follow all Laketown Wharf parking requirements. Every vehicle must display the required temporary parking tag on the dashboard. The resort has zero tolerance for improperly parked vehicles, and vehicles without the required permit may be towed.
We’ll provide you with the parking information you need before or upon arrival.

SELF CHECK-IN
The condo offers self check-in with a keypad, allowing you to arrive at your convenience without having to meet someone at the property.
