Summary:
A charming three-bedroom cottage in Emsworth's old harbour quarter, perfect for family breaks and getaways with friends. Sleep six across a king en-suite room, a double and a twin, gather in the separate dining room, and let the dog stretch out in the private walled courtyard. The harbour, millponds and town cafés are all a short stroll.
The Space:
Step through the blue front door into warm wooden floors, bright white-panelled rooms and plenty of space to spread out. Evenings are for the dining room, where six sit comfortably under the chandelier, and mornings are for coffee in the courtyard.
Bedrooms
Bedroom 1: king bed with en-suite walk-in shower, overlooking the courtyard.
Bedroom 2: double bed with a brass frame.
Bedroom 3: two single beds, ideal for children, which can be zipped into a super king for adults.
A travel cot is available, and beds are made up with hotel-quality linen and towels.
Bathrooms
Family bathroom with bath and shower over, the en-suite shower room, and a separate downstairs WC, which makes busy mornings with a full house much easier.
Living, dining and kitchen
A comfortable living room with sofas, armchairs and a Smart TV, a separate dining room for six, and a fully equipped kitchen with double oven, Belfast sink, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine.
Outside
A private, enclosed courtyard garden with table and chairs, safe for dogs and handy for drying sandy beach gear.

Guest Access:
You have the whole cottage and the walled courtyard garden to yourselves. Check-in is self check-in with a lockbox, so you can arrive at your own pace within check-in hours. There is no private parking: parking is on the surrounding streets, subject to local restrictions, with some limited free spaces nearby and a public car park with EV charging close by.
The Neighborhood:
Emsworth is a friendly sailing town on Chichester Harbour. From the door you can wander to Dolphin Quay, the millponds and the harbour wall, where children love to go crabbing, and on to the town's cafés, pubs and independent shops. Brook Meadow nature reserve and Emsworth Museum are close by.
Days out: sandy beaches at West Wittering and Hayling Island, the harbour village of Bosham, Chichester, Staunton Country Park with its farm and play areas, Stansted Park, Goodwood, and Portsmouth's Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays.
Getting Around:
Emsworth station is around a ten-minute walk, with trains along the coast towards Portsmouth, Chichester and Brighton. By car, the A27 is moments away for Portsmouth, Chichester and beyond. Parking is on-street, subject to local restrictions, with a public car park with EV charging nearby.

You can choose either a £350 Damage Deposit (card details securely held; nothing is taken upfront and a charge can only be made following an approved claim) or SafeGuest's £40 No Deposit fee, paid directly to SafeGuest.
