The Space:
Point of View offers a spacious and serene retreat designed for ultimate relaxation. The heart of the home is the open living area, which flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances, perfect for preparing island feasts. The house includes three comfortable bedrooms, each providing a restful sanctuary. The primary bedroom features a plush king bed and an ensuite bathroom, while two additional guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Three full bathrooms are available, ensuring convenience for every guest. Outside, you will discover your own private oasis with a sparkling pool overlooking the tranquil lake, complemented by outdoor furniture.
Guest Access:
Guests will enjoy access to the entire house, pool, garage, and deeded beach access. They may also participate in tennis and golfing at Sanibel Island Golf Club for a fee (please contact for more information).
The Neighborhood:
Point of View is located at 1339 Par View Drive within the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL. It is overlooking the lake. It features a deeded beach access.
Getting Around:
We suggest car, golf cart or biking.
Other Things to Note:
For reservations during the months of January, February, and March, rentals are available on a full calendar month basis only. Stays must begin on the first day of the month and end on the first day of the following month. Partial-month stays, mid-month arrivals, or mid-month departures are not permitted during this period unless otherwise approved in writing by management. Guests must complete a rental agreement. A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
Interaction with Guests:
We are available as often as needed but provide guests space to enjoy their vacation in privacy and serenity.
