First-floor open plan: the kitchen (described by guests as unbelievably equipped), dining, and living areas. The master suite has a walk-in closet; a second king bedroom sits beside its own bathroom. Outside, a private patio holds the Jacuzzi. The two-car garage doubles as gear central with ski and board racks plus toy storage.
Guest Access:
The great room and kitchen host gatherings of up to 8. Trappers Ridge community amenities — clubhouse, seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, tennis courts — plus Wolf Creek Golf Course, Pineview Reservoir, and hiking and biking trails are all close.
The Neighborhood:
Trappers Ridge at Wolf Creek Resort in Eden — an established mountain community where the clubhouse is the social anchor. Powder Mountain is about 10 minutes (ski shuttle at the community entrance in winter), Nordic Valley about 10, Wolf Creek Golf Course about 2, Pineview Reservoir and Huntsville about 10. Snowbasin is about 20 minutes; downtown Ogden about 25.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended; the level-access garage makes loading and unloading easy. The winter ski shuttle to Powder Mountain picks up at the community entrance. Salt Lake City International Airport is about an hour away.
