MAIN BEDROOM
A calm room with a king size bed, a chest of drawers, a large wardrobe with mirrored doors and its own en suite shower room.
SECOND BEDROOM
A double bed, a desk and chair for working from home, open shelving and a mirrored wardrobe.

Shower enclosure, basin, WC and a heated towel rail.

Guest Access:
Guests have the whole flat to themselves, including the private balcony. Keys and a building fob are collected from KeyNest, and the fob opens the main entrance and the refuse store. A lift serves all floors.

Getting Around:
TRAIN
Wandsworth Town station is around 15 minutes on foot, with direct trains to Clapham Junction and London Waterloo.
TUBE
Southfields and East Putney stations on the District line are around 20 minutes walk.
BUS
Many bus routes stop on Garratt Lane and Wandsworth High Street, a few minutes from the door, linking to Tooting, Putney, Clapham and beyond.
WALKING
King George's Park is right outside, Southside Wandsworth is a couple of minutes away and the Thames path is about 15 minutes walk.
CAR AND PARKING
There is no allocated parking. Southside Car Park 1 next to the building is a paid public car park, and the surrounding streets are in a controlled parking zone.
