Avoca Sea Breeze - a north-facing, architecturally designed beach house in the heart of Avoca Beach. Thoughtfully designed across three levels with two large living areas, multiple sun-kissed balconies, a gorgeous plunge pool and tropical garden, this striking home captures the essence of the perfect holiday home.
THE SPACE
The wow factor begins when you enter. Walk straight into the spacious, light-filled open plan living, dining and kitchen areas that flow seamlessly onto the sunny main balcony with beach views. The covered outdoor space is perfect for relaxing with a drink and a book, entertaining friends, enjoying the sunsets and an afternoon BBQ.
It features two outdoor sofas, a 12 person dining table and BBQ. On this level you will also find two bedrooms featuring luxurious queen beds and built-in robes; and a stylish bathroom.
On the top level is the breathtaking main bedroom with a King Bed, walk-in-robe and private balcony overlooking the beach; plus a luxurious ensuite bathroom with twin vanity,
freestanding bath overlooking the ocean and a separate shower. Also on this level, another queen bedroom with built-ins and leafy water views.
On the lower garden level is a large second living/rumpus area with kitchenette, opening out to another large, sunny balcony and heated plunge pool and stepping down to a tropical garden, complete with a large lawn for the kids. On this level, you will also find two more stylish bedrooms. One with a Queen bed and one with two single beds - each overlooking the garden. A third bathroom complete with freestanding bath and shower caters to guests on this level.

AVOCA BEACH
Avoca Beach is a gorgeous, family-friendly coastal suburb on New South Wales Central Coast, sitting about 95 km north of Sydney and just a short hop south of Terrigal. Known for its relaxed village vibe and vibrant surf culture, it’s a beloved favourite for both local
weekenders and holidaymakers.
THE BEACH AND OUTDOORS
The Golden Sand: A stunning 1.7 km stretch of beach framed by two rugged sandstone headlands.
The Rock Pool: Located at the southern end, is perfect for families and younger kids wanting a calm splash.
Avoca Lake: Sitting right behind the beach, is a great spot for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.
Patrols and Access: Patrolled by lifeguards on weekdays and Surf Life Saving volunteers on weekends. There is also an off-leash dog area from View Street to the Shark Tower.

Coast Getaways is a professional hosting company. You may be required to provide a digital ID prior to check in.
*Please note: A refundable Bond of $2000 will be payable at least seven days prior to arrival by direct deposit. This will be returned within seven days of departure providing there are no issues.
*House Rules: We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment. Smoking and vaping is not allowed anywhere inside or outside, no bucks or hens, a strict no party policy and no functions. The home is suitable for families, multi-generational stays and older friend groups.
Third-party bookings are generally not permitted. The person making the reservation must be one of the guests staying at the property and must be present for the duration of the booking.
The booking guest is responsible for providing accurate guest details, completing all required verification, agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, and accepting responsibility for the conduct of all guests during the stay.
Exceptions may be considered for legitimate third-party bookings made by recognised insurance companies, corporate organisations, relocation providers, or similar authorised entities. Supporting documentation or additional verification may be required.
