Kids will love the huge garden, climbing frames, sandpit and friendly chickens, while grown-ups can enjoy the gym and stunning hill views. Cosy up by the huge wood burner, challenge each other to pool in the lodge and collect fresh eggs in the morning! Relax with the whole family at this retreat.

Welcome to this beautiful family home and separate lodge, set amongst the stunning rolling hills and countryside of Stroud. With generous living spaces, a huge garden, children’s play areas and spectacular views, it’s the perfect escape for families and groups of friends.

As you enter the main house, you’re welcomed by a large hallway. To the left is a cosy family sitting room with comfortable seating and a beautiful open fire, leading through to a full-sized dining room — perfect for gathering together over long, relaxed meals.

Towards the back of the house is a downstairs WC, followed by a spacious kitchen-dining area with modern appliances and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy cooking and eating together.

Upstairs, the first floor has a single children’s bedroom, a beautifully designed twin bedroom that can also be arranged as a king, complete with a wonderful handmade children’s play area. Further along the corridor is another comfortable king-size bedroom and a lovely family bathroom with a roll-top bath and walk-in shower.

The top floor is home to the stunning super-king master bedroom, with beautiful views across the surrounding Stroud hills — a peaceful place to wake up and enjoy the countryside.

A short walk along the private track brings you to the separate lodge. Enter through double patio doors into a fantastic games and social space, with a pool table at its heart. To the left is a comfortable seating area with a Smart TV, making this a great space for relaxing and entertaining.

The lodge also has a king-size bedroom with an en-suite WC, plus a separate bedroom with bunk beds and a study area, along with an en-suite shower room — ideal for children or teenagers.

Outside, there is plenty of space to explore. At the top of the garden is a huge outdoor table and seating area overlooking the beautiful Stroud hills, along with a fire pit for memorable evenings under the stars.

Children will love the dedicated play area and handmade climbing frame, while the extensive grounds provide plenty of room to run around and enjoy the countryside.

And for a truly special touch, there’s a chicken enclosure at the top of the garden. The resident chickens provide fresh eggs, and guests are welcome to help themselves during their stay!

With the spacious house, separate lodge, games facilities, huge gardens, children’s play areas, fire pit and breath taking countryside views, this is a wonderful setting for a memorable family or group getaway in Stroud.

Guests have full access to all areas of the two houses and all of its surrounding gardens.

Pets are welcome. Please remember this is a family home so please treat it as you would your own. Please feed the chickens and get the eggs when you wish.
The outdoor climbing frame is used at your own risk. We don't take any responsibility for accidents that may occur. Please stay on the bottom half of the outdoor play castle structure. The top half has been blocked off to prevent accidents.
