Escape to Willow Barn - a stunning five-bedroom retreat in the heart of rural Norfolk, boasting sweeping views of the Norfolk Broads. Set within four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, this former cattle farm has been lovingly transformed into a stylish and spacious holiday home for up to ten guests. Designed with relaxation and togetherness in mind, the open-plan living spaces are perfect for socialising, while outside, a private spa hot tub offers the ideal spot to unwind as you soak in the peaceful countryside views.



Unwind in the spacious open-plan lounge, where two inviting sofas create the perfect spot to gather with loved ones and take in the beautiful views of the Norfolk countryside. Flooded with natural light and designed for comfort, it’s an ideal space for both relaxation. For quieter moments, retreat to the cosy snug, complete with an L-shaped sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a well-stocked bookcase – perfect for family movie nights, catching up on your favourite shows, or simply curling up with a good book.



The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the star of the show and the vibrant heart of the home. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows and bi- folding sliding doors flood the space with natural light and open onto the gardens, seamlessly connecting indoor comfort with the beauty of the Norfolk countryside. The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and practical. Ideal for everything from casual breakfasts to celebratory dinners!



Willow Barn comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests across five beautifully appointed bedrooms. Four feature luxurious king-size beds, while the fifth offers two cosy single beds – all designed to a high standard with thoughtful touches to ensure a restful stay. The master bedroom is a tranquil retreat with an ensuite bathroom complete with a modern shower, offering a private space to unwind.



Willow Barn features four well-appointed bathrooms to suit the needs of all guests. This includes the master ensuite, a family bathroom with both a bath and shower, a separate modern shower room, and an additional W/C. Each space is thoughtfully designed with contemporary fittings and plenty of convenience, ensuring comfort and privacy for everyone during your stay.



The highlight of Willow Barn is its expansive 4-acre garden, offering a peaceful countryside retreat for guests of all ages. A particular standout is the private hot tub on the patio by the old barn – perfect for soaking while taking in uninterrupted views of the surrounding fields and Norfolk countryside. Whether you’re entertaining friends or simply relaxing under the open sky, the gardens provide a serene and versatile outdoor space to make the most of your stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full property.

The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Please note that due to the necessary and regular hot tub cleaning / water change, it may not be fully up to temperature at the time of check in.

EV CHARGE - EV charging is available at the property. Instructions are included in the welcome pack/house manual link, which will be sent to the guest on arrival.

Within a 2-mile radius, you’ll find a selection of charming pubs and restaurants, perfect for a leisurely meal, as well as convenience stores for everyday essentials. For a wider range of shops, cafés, and attractions, the picturesque market town of Beccles is just 6 miles away, while the seaside town of Gorleston lies only 7 miles from the property.



Gorleston is renowned for its wide sandy beach, complete with ample parking and classic seaside amenities – ideal for a family day out or a peaceful coastal walk. Great Yarmouth is also within easy reach, offering a lively beach experience with traditional seaside attractions. For quieter, more scenic beach escapes, consider Winterton-on-Sea, Horsey Gap, or Sea Palling, each with its own unique charm. The quaint town of Southwold, a favourite with visitors, is just a 35-minute drive away.



The Norfolk Broads are a must-visit for nature lovers and boating enthusiasts, and Willow Barn is ideally located near several towns and villages offering boat hire within a 10-minute drive. Regular services run to Norwich as well as coastal towns like Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, offering a convenient alternative to driving. Local bus routes also connect Haddiscoe with Beccles, Norwich, and Great Yarmouth.

Other Things to Note:

• Damage deposit: A refundable cautionary damage deposit of £500 is required before your stay. (NOTE: If you booked via Airbnb or other platform, this deposit does not apply)

• Payment for direct bookings: If you’ve booked directly through us, 50% of your payment is due upfront. The remaining 50% will be collected 5 days before check-in.

• Fortnightly Cleans: For stays longer than 14 nights, we offer a complimentary mid-stay clean and linen change.

• Rubbish/disposal policy: Excessive waste left at the property may incur an additional charge at checkout. Please be mindful of rubbish and ensure the property is left in good condition.

• Please be conscious and respectful of the neighbors and the local area. Loud music, parties, or excessive noise are not acceptable.
