Detached chalet with A/C, Starlink & private fenced garden near De Hoge Veluwe

Escape Veluwe is our detached chalet on holiday park 't Veluws Hof in Hoenderloo. It sits in its own quiet corner, with lots of privacy - rare on a holiday park. De Hoge Veluwe National Park is within walking distance, and 150 km of cycling routes start right outside.

THE CHALET
- 2 bedrooms: one double bed and two single beds (sleeps 4)
- The main bedroom has its own TV
- Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
- Living room with corner sofa, TV and a dining table for four
- Kitchen with coffee machine, microwave, electric oven, hob and dishwasher
- Air conditioning for warm days, central heating for cold evenings
- Satellite WiFi (Starlink), good enough to work from
- Bed linen and towels included

OUTSIDE
- Private garden, partly fenced and partly hedged
- Covered terrace with garden furniture
- Gas BBQ (bring your own gas bottle or buy one at the park shop)
- Bikes can be stored safely inside the gate
- Up to 2 dogs welcome

THE PARK
- Heated outdoor pool with water slide (from mid-May)
- Restaurant, snack bar, supermarket (closed in winter) and playgrounds
- Bike rental on site, and the forest begins at the edge of the park

GOOD TO KNOW
- Check-in 15:00-22:00, check-out by 10:00
- On arrival: park at the large car park before the barrier and walk to the chalet. The key is in the key box at the garden gate; the barrier pass is inside, in the cutlery drawer in the kitchen. Then drive in to unload. Parking is about 100 m from the chalet.
- On departure: pass back in the cutlery drawer, key back in the key box.
- Locking the door: first push the handle up until it clicks, then turn the key (both doors).
- The park barrier is open 07:00-23:00
- Included per day: 4 kWh of electricity and 4 m³ of gas. If you use more, we may charge the difference at cost.
- Tourist tax and park contribution 't Veluws Hof: EUR 10 for the first night and EUR 6.25 per further night, per chalet, not per person. This is mostly the local tourist tax, which we pay through the park.
