Rear stair access and covered off-street parking keep arrivals practical.
The Brighton East location puts you within easy reach of the wider bayside area, making beach days and coastal outings simple. Enter via stairs at the rear of the building, where a hallway leads into bright, contemporary interiors balancing crisp white walls, warm timber floors and characterful furnishings. Double-glazed windows help create a quieter setting, while split-system air-conditioning and radiator wall heating provide comfort throughout your stay.

The main living area is carpeted underfoot and arranged with four inviting armchairs, built-in shelving and a decorative fireplace, creating an easy place to unwind. Near the entrance, a second lounge offers leather seating and a relaxed setting for settling in with the TV. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and full-size fridge, while the adjoining four-seater dining table makes shared breakfasts and dinners effortless. Outside, the leafy back patio is shared with the business below and includes an outdoor table for alfresco meals beneath the trees.

Both bedrooms offer queen beds, bedside lighting and a calm place to recharge, with built-in storage available. The bathroom includes a shower over the bathtub, vanity and complimentary toiletries. Please note there are a couple of steps to access the shower and bath, which may make the bathroom less suitable for guests with limited mobility.

A concealed laundry with a washing machine and dryer makes longer visits convenient, while covered carport parking is available on the premises, with room for a second vehicle in the driveway.

The property is equipped with basic sundries to help you settle in, perfect for a short visit or to kickstart a longer one. While we don’t replenish these items, we recommend bringing some extras or picking up what you need locally.

Guests will not have access to the letterbox. If guests want to receive mail they will need to have it sent to the local post office for pick up.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves with access to the shared courtyard. Please make yourselves at home!

An IGA supermarket and post office are across the road from the apartment. Elwood Beach is within a 10-minute drive, where you can take a dip and make use of the BBQ area and scenic walking paths. Little Red Bluff Cafe is a favourite morning stopover for locals, where you can grab a coffee and a toastie before wandering down to the sand and along the boardwalk. Brighton Beach and its historic sea baths are also within a 10-minute drive of your stay, where you can visit the colourful and iconic sea boxes along Dendy Street Beach, or leave the car at home and take advantage of the trams servicing Hawthorn Rd.

Please note that this property may experience some noise from nearby streets, which could impact light sleepers. Additionally, access to the unit requires climbing stairs, which may not be suitable for those with mobility concerns.
