Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM–8:30 PM, neighborhood street parking is limited to 2 hours in designated Zone 5 spaces (look for the green parking signs).
While daytime restrictions are generally lightly enforced, all street parking is at the guest’s own risk, and we are unable to assume responsibility for parking tickets or violations.

The home is connected by interior staircases, with additional exterior stair access leading directly to the rooftop.Guests can access the home through either the front or back exterior stairs leading to the exterior building door. Household sounds may be heard between these two residences which is common in duplex living.
Entry is simple and secure with a smart lock system for seamless keyless check-in throughout your stay.

For safety and security, exterior security cameras are located at the exterior front entrance, exterior rear entrance, and rooftop area. Cameras monitor outdoor entry points only and do not face interior living spaces, preserving your privacy. There are no indoor cameras.
Additionally, residence 2 has two smart home noise monitoring devices, one in the living area and one on the rooftop. Residence 1 has one smart home noise monitoring device in the living area. These only detect noise decibel levels and do not record audio or video. Their purpose is to help ensure noise levels remain appropriate, preventing disturbance to our neighbors and supporting a peaceful environment.
