The layout
The house has three floors: the top floor features a kitchen, living room, dining room, barbecue area, and porch.
On the middle floor, there are three bedrooms, one of which is an en suite; there is another bathroom off the hallway.
On the lower floor, there is the fourth bedroom and the playroom.
