If you want to live for a while in the tropics, you are teleworking and want to discover Reunion Island or you are looking for a pied-à-terre before your installation on our beautiful island, my house with sea view, will enchant you.
It is ideal for 2 to 4 people (either 2 couples, or a couple with children)
It is located in a quiet area, in the west of Reunion Island, at an altitude of 300m, between PLateau Caillou and St Gilles Les Hauts.
It consists of a main house (90m2) and an independent bungalow (20m2).
The main house has a bedroom (bed 160) with air conditioning, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a kitchen and a scullery, a living-dining room and a large veranda.
The bungalow has a bedroom (bed 140), a bathroom/WC, a balcony and an outdoor kitchen.
The garden includes a jacuzzi and an outdoor shower.
It is close to the Route des Tamarins, the Maido Road, the savannah, the BassinBleu golf course and 15' from the beach of Boucan Canot.
Amenities nearby(bakery, supermarket, vegetables, takeaway, bus stop....)
2 turtles, in freedom, are to be fed (fruit remains, salad remains....)
The rental price is 1300 euros/month and includes utilities (water, electricity) as well as a gardener, 1 time/month and a cleaning lady every 15 days.
