Aspen Square's warmly welcoming personality, ideal location across from the base of Aspen Mountain, and full hotel-style services and amenities combine to make our property a great choice for a memorable vacation during the winter, summer or any time of the year. Our lodging options, ranging from spacious studios with full kitchens to larger condominiums, ensure that we'll have the perfect accommodation for you, whether it's a vacation for two or the whole family.
Spring 2027: Aspen Square will be closed from Mid-April to early June 2027 to allow for project work. Aspen (ASE) airport is closed from April 4, 2027 at 11 PM until November 19, 2027 at 7 PM for both commercial and general aviation operations.
Fireplace Update: We've decommissioned our wood-burning fireplaces to prioritize guest safety and building protection. While we know you'll miss this longtime feature, you can still expect the same comfortable, well-appointed condominiums and unbeatable downtown Aspen location that make Aspen Square a favorite.
At Aspen Square, comfort starts long before you unlock your door. From the moment you begin dreaming up your Aspen getaway to the moment you head home, our team is on hand with the local know-how, warm hospitality, and thoughtful extras that turn a mountain stay into something memorable.
Ideal for couples or a family, two-bedroom/two-bath condominiums provide space to spread out and relax. The master has a king bed with en-suite bath; the second bedroom can be set up as a king or twins - please be sure to give us your bedding preferences at booking. The living/dining areas all face Aspen Mountain and apartments include a full kitchen, private balcony, flexible bedding, and flat-screen TVs. Most two bedrooms include a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room which can sleep one or two extra adults for an additional charge per adult (please request a room with one if needed)
