About this house rental
The name Something Blue is a nod to the beloved wedding tradition of “Something Old, Something New, Something Borrowed, Something Blue,” making the home a natural fit for wedding weekends, intimate gatherings, and special celebrations. Carefully selected vintage touches honor the property’s nearly 150-year history while complementing its updated, welcoming interior.
Enjoy small-town charm with Main Street just outside the front door and peaceful farmland views—complete with wildflowers, fruit trees, and gardens in season—behind the property. An outdoor patio is being completed to create an inviting place to unwind. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay at Something Blue.
Your hosts live just two lots away, so help is close by if you need it. We’re happy to share local recommendations, lend a hand with light concierge needs, or help with provisions for your stay. Troubleshooting is just a text away. At the same time, we know that a great getaway includes privacy, so we’ll let you enjoy Something Blue on your own, without interruption, unless you reach out.
