About this villa rental
The Casa Villa is a seven-bedroom, six-bathroom hilltop villa on the Sugar Hill ridge above Mt Irvine, built for large groups. It sleeps up to 27 guests, with plenty of living space so everyone can be together without feeling crowded.
The heart of the villa is the sunset porch and pool deck, with an infinity pool, loungers, shaded seating and outdoor dining overlooking the gardens and the Caribbean horizon. A BBQ and outdoor stove are right on the pool deck, and there is an outdoor shower and bathroom by the pool. Glass railings keep the views open.
Inside, there is a private cinema room with a large screen, surround sound and recliners, plus a games lounge with a pool table. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining room that seats 18 flow into the outdoor dining areas, so cooking and eating together is easy. Every bedroom is air conditioned and has blackout curtains and quality linens. The bathrooms are finished in microcement with black fixtures.
Sleeping arrangements: seven bedrooms with queen beds, a king, bunk beds, a single and a floor mattress, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Cribs are available.
Location: Mt Irvine Beach, Stonehaven Bay and the Mt Irvine Bay Hotel and Golf Course are about five minutes away. Pigeon Point, Buccoo Reef and the Nylon Pool are a short drive. Restaurants, supermarkets and beach bars are close, but the villa itself is quiet and private.
Also included: high-speed WiFi, free on-site parking, washer and dryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, iron, hair dryer and a safe.
Guests and fees: the nightly rate covers up to 18 guests. Each additional guest, up to the maximum of 27, is $50 per guest per night. Infants under 2 stay free.
House rules: check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. No smoking and no pets. Out of respect for the neighbours, amplified music must end by 10:00 PM, and DJs, live bands and outdoor sound systems need prior written approval. Day visitors above the booked guest count must be disclosed in advance and may incur a charge.
Events and weddings: events are considered with prior approval and may carry a separate event fee. Please ask before booking.
