A quiet 1955 ranch on a residential Skokie street, minutes from Emily Oaks Nature Center and Old Orchard.
OUTSIDE
A 20-by-12 gazebo with a propane fire pit table, a grill and prep countertop, a bar cart, and eight Adirondack chairs around it. On the deck, a seven-piece modular sectional on an outdoor rug under a retractable awning. Parking for two cars on a private apron behind a coded gate.
SLEEPING
Four bedrooms, sleeps eight. One king, two queens, two full beds. Two bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor. Two bedrooms and a second full bath on the lower level. Every room has a closet and dresser.
LOWER LEVEL
Finished in 2026. Kitchenette, dining area, entertainment room and laundry room.
INSIDE
Full kitchen with dishwasher. A desk workspace with a printer. Four TVs and a monitor. Two five-seater couches. Central air, gigabit internet.
GETTING AROUND
Northwestern, downtown Evanston and the Skokie Swift are all a short drive.
The detached garage is family storage and is not part of the rental.
