Your Private Desert Sanctuary Awaits
Escape to this exceptional Spanish-influenced estate perched on a Cave Creek hillside, where luxury meets the untamed beauty of the Sonoran Desert. This one-of-a-kind property offers the perfect blend of sophistication and adventure for discerning guests seeking an unforgettable Arizona getaway.
The Setting
Situated on pristine desert landscape with unobstructed views, this hillside retreat provides the privacy and tranquility you've been searching for. Watch breathtaking sunsets paint the sky in vibrant oranges and pinks, then stay up for some of the clearest stargazing you'll experience anywhere in the Southwest. The natural desert setting means you're truly immersed in Arizona's wild beauty—you may spot coyotes, bobcats, or javelinas in their natural habitat from the safety and comfort of your private oasis.
Stunning Outdoor Living
The crown jewel of this property is the luxurious negative-edge pool that appears to spill seamlessly into the desert horizon with a relaxing hot tub sat alongside for those cool, starry nights. Whether you're taking a refreshing morning swim or enjoying an evening cocktail in the hot tub, the views are simply spectacular. The hillside location provides dramatic vistas that you won't find at typical vacation rentals.
Unique Entertainment Spaces
This isn't your ordinary rental property. Behind an unassuming door, you'll discover an intimate speakeasy-style bar—perfect for craft cocktails and late-night conversations. For the golf enthusiasts in your group, there's a hidden indoor golf simulator room where you can practice your swing year-round in climate-controlled comfort.
The Basement Suite
The expansive lower level functions as a home within a home, featuring its own half-kitchen, full bathroom, and comfortable living area. This versatile space is ideal for groups who want extra privacy, movie marathons, or simply more room to spread out. It seamlessly connects to the speakeasy and golf room, creating an entire entertainment level.
Modern Comfort & Convenience
The main living areas feature contemporary design with Spanish architectural influences, creating an atmosphere that's both elegant and welcoming. With parking for multiple vehicles (three-car garage plus driveway), your entire group will have easy access and plenty of space.
Important Property Characteristics
This luxury retreat designed for adults who appreciate unique properties, a private environment and natural settings.
