**Guests will enjoy private access to the entire home and its amenities**, including the bedrooms, bathrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen, screened patio, laundry area, and access to the **community swimming pool**.
**The home is strictly non-smoking indoors.** Guests who smoke are welcome to do so **only in the designated outdoor patio area**. We kindly ask that all cigarette waste be disposed of properly to help us keep the property clean and comfortable for everyone.
A few helpful details before booking: This is a privately owned home, not a hotel or large corporation, and we put a great deal of personal care into preparing the property for every guest.
