Celebrate Christmas in Leavenworth with two (2) spacious 2BR condos at a Bavarian-style resort, perfect for large families or groups.

Our spacious 2x 2-bedroom condo setup is just a scenic 1-mile walk to Downtown Leavenworth (Front Street Park).
• The listing is for two separate condos within a hotel-style timeshare-style apartment complex and similar to a hotel, the exact unit is assigned at check-in.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. We make requests to the front desk staff to assign the units close to each other, but we cannot guarantee that they will be next to each other or on the same floor or in the same building because it depends on what is available for your reservation time frame. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are up to 1700 feet apart.
People say Christmas is about staying together, but anyone who’s traveled with family knows it’s also about having enough space to take a breather. These two condos let you share meals, laughs, and maybe a movie night, without stepping over each other’s shoes or sanity. Together, but comfortably apart.
Each 2-bedroom unit is ideal for families or larger groups traveling together; close enough to share meals, far enough to enjoy silence when needed.
Each 2-bedroom unit includes:
- Bedroom 1: King Bed (no need to flip a coin, there’s one in each)
- Bedroom 2: Two Twin Beds (great for siblings, cousins, or civil negotiations)
- Living Room: Queen Murphy Bed: comfy, supportive, and folds away like a pro
- Kitchen Essentials Included microwave, oven, coffee maker, and dishwasher, so you can reheat, brew, or bake as needed.
- Two full bathrooms. Because waiting in line isn’t part of your vacation
- Private Balcony or Patio (The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. )
- In-unit Washer & Dryer, so your suitcase doesn’t have to carry the whole trip
- Outdoor Barbecue Grill (shared at the resort, along with laughs and grill debates)

A picturesque walking trail starts in Enchantment Park, just steps from the condo. This peaceful route winds through Blackbird Island, crossing footbridges over the Wenatchee River, leading straight to downtown. It’s a peaceful walk that lets you stretch your legs, enjoy the scenery, and ease into town without the hassle of finding a parking spot.
- Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests (adults + children include).
- Some units require stairs (Assigned at check-in).
- Each unit has a separate entrance for convenience.
Guests enjoy full access to all resort amenities, shared, while your suite remains your private sanctuary.
Our friendly front desk staff are always ready to answer questions or solve any hiccups.
- Hot Tubs (Year-Round & Seasonal): Two hot tubs are available year-round, while the lower hot tub and pools are seasonal (closed November - April annually)
-Fitness Center: Stay active in our fully equipped fitness center.
-Game Room: When you need a break, the game room is ready for some indoor fun, perfect for kids and adults alike!

All resort amenities are shared with other guests, available on a first-come, first-served basis, and located in a different building within the resort.

- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
-The guest who makes the reservation must be physically present at check-in. If the guest plans to arrive later than the other guests, the reservation should be made by the guest who will be arriving first.
- The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. In the worst case, you will have units in different buildings that are approximately 1,700 feet apart.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit, and the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. (Specific views cannot be guaranteed). All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy per unit.
- Some of the units are on the second floor, and stairs are required.
- Hot tubs are in another building.
-This is a multi-building property. Your unit is in a residential building, while shared amenities like the game room and gym are located in the main building for all guests.
