Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming 70 m² duplex for rent in Les Angles, within walking distance of the ski resort, which can accommodate up to 6 guests.
Wi-Fi (fibre optic) is included – we’re just waiting for you!
Located on the 1st floor (no lift), on level 1 of this duplex you will find:
– A living area with a sitting area (sofa, TV, stove)
– A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and access to the balcony.
– A shower room.
– A separate toilet.
On level 2, you will find:
– A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
– A bedroom with a bunk bed (90×190).
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, cot, iron.
Outside:
– Two balconies, one facing south and the other east, accessible from the living room and furnished for two people.
– A third balcony accessible from the bedroom on the first floor.
The flat is situated in Les Angles, in a very pleasant setting. There are shops and restaurants nearby.
Activities:
– Les Angles ski resort less than a kilometre away.
– Angleo Balneo & Spa less than a kilometre away.
– Hiking trails nearby.
– Font-Romeu Pyrénées 2000 ski resort 20 km away.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment’s private car park (1 vehicle).
The nearest railway station is Latour-de-Carol-Enveitg, 40 km away.
To make the most of the region, we strongly recommend using your own car.
To ensure your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership by the teams at Cocoonr (a listing and booking management service) and a local concierge service.
Further notes:
– The staircase leading to the two bedrooms is steep.
– The wood-burning stove is in working order; a small supply of wood is provided, which you may top up at your own expense.
– Pets are not permitted in the accommodation.
– End-of-stay cleaning is included in your booking and comprises preparing the property for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean the kitchen appliances after use.
– Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
– Any request for arrival or departure outside the times stated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
