Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. Violations incur a $1,500 fee plus ozone treatment costs and any associated lost revenue.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Noise complaints or violations may result in a fine equal to one night’s stay.
Check-Out Time
Standard check-out is 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may result in extra charges and possible removal from the property.
No Pets Allowed
Pets are not permitted on the property at any time.
Exterior Cameras
Exterior security cameras are present on the property, including the front yard.
Parking Notes
Tall vehicles should use caution due to the carport height restriction.
Checkout Requests
Before checkout, please strip used bed sheets and place them in a pile on the kitchen floor in front of the washing machine. Please load dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add a pod, and start the cycle.

Please place trash outside under the carport in either of the two black bins.
Security Deposit or Damage Waiver
After booking, guests must choose between a non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable security deposit placed as a temporary hold on your credit card. The selected option will be confirmed after booking and applied prior to check-in. Airbnb reservations are exempt.
