Villa is located at the end of Santa Maria Estate directly in front of the sea, thus one can enjoy more the view of Adira bay and Armier from behind. for shopping one have to get up by car approximately 2 to 3 minutes or by wall which is around 10 to 15 minutes.

Important to know that no parties and/or events are allowed at any time during your stay.
Please do not leave children alone near the pool or alone in the garden. In short al children must be attended by an adult at all time inside or outside the villa.
