To ensure that all our guests have an enjoyable and memorable stay, we kindly ask that you follow these house rules. Your cooperation helps us maintain the high standard of our accommodation and the comfort of your stay.
No Smoking: To keep our home fresh and inviting, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony.
Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM.
No Parties or Events: While we understand the joy of celebrating, our apartment is not suitable for parties or events. Please enjoy the local nightlife Canberra has to offer.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is available from 3 PM until 8pm, and we kindly ask that you check out by 10 AM to allow us to prepare the apartment for our next guests.
Pets: While we love animals, we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests.
Guest Number Limit: The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests. Please do not exceed this number without prior agreement.
Respect the Property: Treat our home with the same respect you would your own. Please report any damages or issues promptly to ensure a swift resolution. We understand that accidents can happen. If a dish or a glass breaks, just let us know.
Environmental Responsibility: We encourage all our guests to be mindful of their energy use by turning off lights and electrical appliances when not in use or leaving the apartment.
Security: For your security and the security of the building, please ensure the apartment`s door is locked when leaving and overnight.
Parking: If parking is required, please use the designated parking spot for the apartment. Do not park in spaces allocated to other residents.
Waste Disposal: Please dispose of garbage regularly in the garbage chute next to the elevator to maintain cleanliness and hygiene. Long term guests should deposit recycling in the recycling bins next to the elevator on level B1.
