Smoky Mountain Views is excited to invite our beloved repeat guests and new guests alike to this brand new cabin "Shell Mountain Lookout!" This property has just been added to our boutique handful of selective cabins East TN and it is already a favorite!
Big views, fresh air, and room for your four-legged companions-- this is a dog-friendly place. It is a 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat made for memorable getaways with the ones you love...
Take in the scenery from the 360-degree wraparound deck and enjoy a closer look of miles and miles through the Hi-Spy viewfinder with built-in binoculars!
Start your morning with coffee and a view, then head to the lower deck to unwind in the hot tub or gather around the gas fire pit.
The primary and second bedrooms each feature a king bed, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to a balcony with gliders. The bunkroom offers four twin beds in custom built-in bunks, creating a cozy spot to recharge for another day.
Keep the fun going in the game room with air hockey, bumper pool, a Fast & Furious arcade, an arcade with over 500 games, giant wall-mounted Connect 4, a ring dart game, and wall-mounted tic-tac-toe.
Whether you’re soaking up the views, sharing laughs over a game, or relaxing with your pup by your side, Shell Mountain Lookout is a place to settle in and enjoy time together.
Dog-Friendly Policy:
We welcome up to 2 dogs with a $150 non-refundable fee. No aggressive breeds allowed. Dogs must be spayed or neutered. Guests are required to clean up after their pets at all times. Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds and may not be bathed in sinks, tubs/showers, or the hot tub. Guests must supervise their dogs at all times and take all necessary precautions to prevent damage or disturbances. Dogs must be well-behaved, house-trained, and never left unattended in the home. If you leave the property, dogs must be crated (crate not provided). Dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors, and noise/disturbance must be minimized. Owners are fully responsible for any damages caused by their dogs and will be charged full replacement costs if necessary. Unauthorized pets or animals will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
Important Policies & House Rules:
-Guest booking must be 25 years or older
-No parties or events
-No smoking or drug use on the property
-No fireworks or campfires allowed
-Parking area and entrance are under video surveillance
-A signed rental agreement is required to gain access to the property
-Check-in is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM (FIRM)
