About this apartment rental
The living area offers a comfortable sofa and HD TV for unwinding after exploring Sydney, while central air conditioning and heating provide year-round comfort. The streamlined kitchen makes meals at home easy with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer, plus a Nespresso machine, kettle and toaster. Outside, the private balcony has a table for two overlooking the CBD streetscape, creating a breezy spot for breakfast.
The sleeping area offers a comfortable queen bed within the open-plan living space, with no door separating it from the rest of the apartment. Instead, floor-to-ceiling heavy curtains can be drawn for added privacy, sound dampening and a darker sleep setting. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, fresh towels, toiletries and a hair dryer for your daily routine.
A private washing machine, drying rack and iron add convenience for longer stays. Board games are available for downtime at home. While there is no on-site parking, the highly walkable location makes getting around easy, with transport, dining, shopping and major attractions just a short walk away.
Please note: being right in the heart of the CBD means some city sounds come with the location. There's an emergency services station nearby, so you may occasionally hear sirens, including overnight. The triple-glazed balcony doors and heavy curtains help considerably, and most guests sleep soundly — but if you're a very light sleeper, it's worth knowing before you book.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire studio to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!
